Members must complete the online registration form and select their desired membership plan.
Payment of the annual fee is required to activate membership.

Changes to the selected plan can be made upon request, subject to availability.
Benefits
Members will Issue the benefits outlined in their chosen membership plan.
Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Usage
Members are entitled to borrow books and items according to their selected plan.
The number of items available for borrowing each month is specified in the chosen plan.
Borrow
Members must adhere to the borrowing limits specified in their selected plan.
Borrowed items must be returned in good condition by the due date to avoid late fees.
Fine
Late fees will be charged for items not returned by the due date.
The amount of late fees is determined by the membership plan and specified in the terms.
Members may be charged a late fee of PKR 50 per day for each item that is not returned on time.
Management may accept genuine excuses for late return on a case-by-case basis.
Items Selection
Items are selected based on age appropriateness, safety, and quality.
The Kids Library will regularly update its collection to offer a variety of items for members to
borrow.
Cleanliness
All items will be neat and clean before they are made available for borrowing.
Members are responsible for the same condition of items before returning them to the library.
Donations
The Kids Library accepts donations of gently used items that are in good condition and meet the
quality criteria.
The Kids Library reserves the right to refuse any donations that do not meet the criteria.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children while playing with items borrowed from
the Kids Library.
The Kids Library is not liable for any injuries that may occur while using borrowed items.
Children under the age of three are not permitted in activity areas.
Code of Conduct
Members must respect the Kids Library staff and other members.
Members must use items in a safe and appropriate manner.
Members who violate the code of conduct may have their membership suspended or terminated.
All borrowed books and toys must be handled with care. Members are responsible for ensuring items are returned in good condition, without any damage.
A parent or guardian must remain with their child at all times. Children are not allowed to be left unattended in the library premises, even for short durations.
Members must complete all activities within the designated time slots. No additional time will be provided beyond the allocated session.
Termination of Membership
Members must respect the Kids Library staff and other members.
Members must use items in a safe and appropriate manner.
Members who violate the code of conduct may have their membership suspended or terminated.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Request
Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request via email or in person at the Kids Library.
The cancellation will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the request.
Refund Policy
If the membership is canceled within the first 30 days of activation, a full refund will be issued, minus an administrative fee of PKR 500.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but members can continue to use the library services until the end of their current membership period.
Refund of any remaining membership fee on early cancellations will be at the discretion of the Kids Library.
Refund of the advance security deposit upon early cancellation will be subject to the member's conduct. Any damage caused to books or toys during the rental period will be taken into consideration when processing the refund.
Outstanding Dues
Any outstanding fees, including late fines, or damage charges, must be cleared before the cancellation request is processed.
If dues remain unpaid, the cancellation request will be put on hold.
Return of Borrowed Items
All borrowed items must be returned in good condition prior to the membership cancellation.
Members will be responsible for any lost or damaged items, as per the borrowing policy.
Reactivation
If a member wishes to reactivate their membership after cancellation, they must re-register and pay the full membership fee applicable at the time of rejoining.
Any previous benefits or unused portions of the membership will not be reinstated.
Termination by Library
The Kids Library reserves the right to terminate a member's membership if they violate library policies or fail to return borrowed items.
No refunds will be given in cases of termination due to policy violations.
